Mmmmyeah – turns out that’s gonna be happening NEXT Tuesday. Along with the guest post over at Fabulessly Frugal about thrift store shopping. Guys, go easy on me. I may or may not be losing my mind. No, seriously.
These be a couple of my fave thrifted finds: salmon skinny jeans from Zara, purchased at a thrift store for $10, and Nine West snake-skin pumps, a thrift store purchase that set me back a whopping $8. I love them long time, and I’m not even mad that their combined total was under 20 bones. (how bout them arithmetic skills, eh? i knew i shoulda been an engineer instead of a fashion blogger. sigh*)

I know I should comment on your outfit (which is cute), but I really want to talk about ice skating. YES of course I know who Tonya Harding is, that biotch! I reeaaally loved Michelled Kwan back in those days, though. I even had the Michelle Kwan CD-ROM game, where you could pick out her costume, and make up skating routines and then take her to competition and try to keep her from falling down. It was awesome.

I’m really digging those flats…big fan. Also, can you believe that I had to explain in great detail who Tonya Harding was to my crazy husband the other day?? He had NEVER heard of her! I mean, to be fair he was born in a teeny tiny country in the Soviet Union and I’m not so sure he had made his way to America by the time the knee-bashing went down, but still…who hasn’t heard of Tonya Harding?
Haha – right Celeste? Glad your husband has YOU to rely on for being ‘in the know’. 🙂
I like that color of skinny jeans 🙂

I just love your skinnies. So cute…and so cheap! Okay, let’s go thrifting right now 🙂
I love those colors together. So pretty 🙂
This makes me want to get up and go thrifting right now, haven’t been in a while.
