I gotta admit peeps: I’m in ‘recommitment’ mode. I’ve been doing great with my workouts, but my nutrition is still REAL questionable. Heaven help me. Fitness Friday may just have to live on until I can get my butt in gear! Encouragement? Please?

I agree, it can be hard to keep your butt in gear, but i find trying to make healthy versions of foods you love is helpful! Like healthy french toast, or avocado pasta sauce instead of alfredo!
