Right?! How’s that weight lifting goin for y’all? I gotta admit peeps: I’m in ‘recommitment’ mode. I’ve been doing great with my workouts, but my nutrition is still REAL questionable. Heaven help me. I’ve been getting asked a lot what I actually DO for my workouts. So on that front, let’s talk about… Weight Lifting Yep – you read right. I said Weight Lifting for women! THAT is what I do for my workouts. That more so than anything. Why? I’ll tell ya why. It’s because… The truth is this guys: admittedly, the ‘eating clean’part of being fit has NEVER been easy for me. BUT – I’ve found that weight lifting is my saving grace. Now hold up – don’t get me wrong here – NO amount of working out will make up for constant crap eating. BUT, I gotta admit that once I started really getting into lifting weights, I felt like I had a little more leeway in the kitchen.
