Guys – do we believe in tulle skirts? Are we fully converted to these things? I gotta be honest – I’ve been on the fence a little. Ok, a lot. BUT, then the wonderful people over at Very Jane send me this little number, and the fact that I put it on and instantly felt like a regular TinkerBell mixed with Ballerina mixed with Fairy Princess definitely started to win me over. Gingham, anyone?
Guys, this is turning out to be one of those weeks where I am just getting owned. Like if me and the Week were in a boxing match, he’d be Mike Tyson and I’d be the dude with half an ear (Woof. Poor Evander). Room a total mess? Check. Barely keeping my head above water at work? Check. Haven’t exercised once this week yet? Check check. Sigh – it’s in these times that I find myself wishing that I was best friends with a robot (why can’t I find one of those?) who could do things vicariously for me and I’d still get the benefits. OR that it would become socially acceptable to be unshowered and bra-less and wear my pajamas everywhere I go. Peplum Power!
I love me some Peplum. Especially when it’s done in a bright, springy, adorable color. I found this Peplum tank at Forever 21 and COULD.NOT.RESIST. I’m also never opposed when you’re able to find matching nail polish AND lipstick. Julep sent me this fabulous bubblegum pink polish and featured the whole thing as their Look of the Week last week.
