They’re especially awesome for busy days when you literally only have 15-20 minutes to workout. Anything is better than nothing peeps! (did I tell you I started a new job? Well, it’s a new role within the company I was already worked for. But to ME that feels like a completely new job, cuz, well, it is. I’ve been getting asked a lot what I actually DO for my workouts. So on that front, let’s talk about… Weight Lifting Yep – you read right. I said Weight Lifting for women! THAT is what I do for my workouts. That more so than anything. Why? I’ll tell ya why. It’s because… The truth is this guys: admittedly, the ‘eating clean’part of being fit has NEVER been easy for me. BUT – I’ve found that weight lifting is my saving grace. Now hold up – don’t get me wrong here – NO amount of working out will make up for constant crap eating. BUT, I gotta admit that once I started really getting into lifting weights, I felt like I had a little more leeway in the kitchen.
