Happy Fitness Friday Urrrrrybody! Today’s topic: Workouts! The reason: I think that one the more challenging aspects of having killer workouts consistently is knowing what the deuce to do! Unless you have a trainer to spell it all out for you, it’s easy to feel lost. Enter PINTEREST. I’m here to tell you peeps that Pinterest is FULL of workouts that actually… well, WORK! They’re especially awesome for busy days when you literally only have 15-20 minutes to workout. Anything is better than nothing peeps! And I’ve seen major results from workouts I tore out of magazine. Now we don’t even NEED to tear out of a mag cuz we got Piiiiiiiiinterest!

Yes!! Excellent choices for all of these, Shannon 😉 I also think it’s really helpful to remember that a) pairing one or several of these short sets (and/or doing them multiple times) with a SHORT run or other cardio (like 15-20 jog/walk/bike/jump rope, etc) is a HUGE workout for the day!!
We can get so discouraged, especially as woman, who have so much pressure on us to ‘do it all’ and yet also take care of ourselves so we ‘look’ good 🙂 It’s tough stuff and important to remember that we can’t give away what we don’t have <3 invest in yourself so that you CAN invest in others 😀 and YES THANK THE LORD it is FRIDAY!!!!!!

One day I will give this a try. I keep telling myself that I need to be more active because I am getting older. And burpees are the devil! 🙂
