I’ll polk your dots? What does that even mean? There would be no way of knowing. It just seemed like the right thing to write at the time. What you’re witnessing here: a real cute shirt that might look a whole lot cuter on a gal who isn’t lactating, or working with a postpartum bod. Hashtag what are ya gonna do? But let me tell you a lil’ bit about where this cutie top came from, cuz you won’t be mad about it…
It’s from an adorable Utah-based boutique called My Sisters Closet Boutique. They’re so rad that they’re offering all GBO readers 15% off their entire order! Use code GBO15 at checkout. Also, don’t worry that they’re having a skirt event this morning where skirts are a whopping $10. Ten dollars people! Get it!

Cute! Also, I’m obsessed with that toe polish color — would you mind terribly telling me what it is?
Thanks!
Hey Liz! It’s a color from Sally Hansen’s Triple Shine line. Awesome nail polish. Can’t remember the exact color, but it’s one of the teal hues! Sorry that’s not super helpful! #wompwomp xoxo
Love love love this look! And your post-pregnancy body is fab. I love your nail color. I’m just obsessed with you in general. Haha!

This is such a great top!! You look darling!!
I doubt I am alone in appreciating the way that normal women realistically look after having a baby. You really do look spectacular. Don’t apologize for your post-partum bod – rock it girl. Your blog is a breath of fresh air to to me because you’re relatable. Your realness is what I love about you.
Thank you Tara. Your comment meant so much. Sometimes being authentic is scary, so that kind of feedback is extremely validating/encouraging and keeps me going! THANK YOU AGAIN! xoxo
Absolutely love yellow and navy blue together. That top looks stunning on you (:

Polka dots are one of my favorite prints but I can’t do button down shirts. I’m not sure what my issue is but my body proportion just does not suit buttons. If the buttons don’t gap the waist is too loose and the arms are too long. If the arms waist and arms fit the buttons gape open. I’ve given up.
I love this top and you look great! I’m currently pregnant and just getting to the point where my body is visibly changing and it’s a little tough to deal with, so I feel your pain. But seriously, you look amazing.
I absolutely love reading your blog! Your posts are so funny and I often catch my self “LOLing” while reading them (especially this title)!! I agree with Tara, it is so refreshing to read your posts! Ps. You look absolutely stunning!!!
Thanks so much Brittney! xoxo
You always look fantastic in polka dots! I’ve renamed & rebranded the blog so its goodbye Cous Cous & Cork Wedges & hello In Mama’s Wardrobe! xx
