There’s a Party in my Pastels & You’re Invited…

How does that phrase usually go? There’s a party in my… socks? Pants?! Honey Bunches of Oats? Well, either way – the important message here is that YOU’RE INVITED! You’re invited to laugh in my general direction in a mocking manner since none of this makes sense and I sound like a big blithering idiot. Um, is it the weekend yet? Mmmmmmmk. Forward and onward.

The truth is pastels make me weak in the knees. I saw this pastel yellow blazer at H&M and had to take it home with me. Mostly cuz I heart the pastels. I heart them good. Like, if pastels were a boy, his name would be Chase Willardson and I’d convince him that his life would be a miserable, boring-as-death mess without me in it, and then I’d marry the crap out of him. Yep – that’s would I’d do with Pastels (the boy… who would actually be Chase, my husband. Is this making sense?). 1-2-3 I’m gonna stop talking now.
