Confession: these pics make me miss little Provo, Utah.  They are the last of the ‘stock-piled’ bunch & were taken in front of our little house in P-town right before we moved. Sigh* …  here’s to old mems.

Cool: bra straps.
Not Cool: removable bra straps, one of which randomly comes unhooked & detaches itself at the most inopportune moments, i.e. whilst shopping with my mother-in-law last night. Yep. Just call me Lopsided Lou Lou – no big deal.

Cool: using the toilet at your in-law’s house.
Not Cool: intending to use the toilet at your in-law’s house, only to discover a nasty little number left in there, which you attempt to flush down, which induces poopie-water overflow, which provokes you in your frenzied state to call in your brother-in-law to take the plunger to it, which leads him to believe that it was YOU who produced that little treat despite your explanation & earnest promise that it was there before you even got started, which leads him to believe that you’re just trying real real hard to save face. Yep. That happened, post my lopsided shopping date with mommy-in-law. I’m on a roll over here people!

(my hunch: it was one of my 18-year-old bro-in-law’s dude-friends, three of which were over at the house last night. No Willardson would do such a thing.)

Cool: keeping cookies in the cupboard for those times when you’ve got a serious craving.
Not Cool: keeping cookies in the nightstand for those times when you’ve got a serious craving.  Turns out cookies in the night stand will make you think that every night is a serious craving. Turns out cookies in the night stand are a very, very bad idea. Trust me: I would know.

Cool: brushing your teeth.
Not Cool: brushing your teeth, then getting in bed & eating a couple handfuls of wheat thins and a Kellog’s fruit pastry right before falling into a nice, deep sleep. Teeth.Meet.Cavity.
