On the Hunt for…
So being the Coveting Courtney that I am, I always maintain a running list of things that I’m ‘on the hunt for’. I fled long ago from the approach of showing up to a store or a mall with cash in hand, just looking for cute things to buy. Instead, I take note of things that I want/need as I realize what they are, and then I just keep my eyes peeled and pull the trigger when I find the perfect version of that thing (and ideally when it’s on sale or I can get some type of discount). It’s been a pretty winning strategy, I must say! Anywhooo, I thought I’d share with you guys what I’m currently on the hunt for. This blazer and these heels make me feel like 15% edgy, and I don’t even hate it. Probs not the kind of outfit that makes sense to be photographing in front of the grassy rolling hills behind our house, buuuuuuut the more appropriate city setting was too far away for this lazy gal. Soooo here we are. Confession: I got this blazer from Oasap a while back in the early stages of my pregnancy, and when it arrived, you better believe that bad boy did not fit. Those faux leather sleeves were brutal! Not forgiving in the slightest. I was a Sad Samantha. So you are witnessing one of the first times I have ever worn this baby. Woot! So – what’s cooler than a really cool computer? An even cooler computer – that’s what. And that cooler computer is the Sprout by HP. I had the opportunity to team up with HP to try out the Sprout – their newest desk top designed specifically for creatives. You guys – this thing is craaaaay. Straight cray I tell you! There are a ridiculous number of unique features, some of the standouts being the dual screen (one HD touchscreen and one interactive touch mat), a projector which allows you to scan stuff and capture hi-res 3D images, and my personal favorite: the Creativity Station – which is basically like a touchscreen version of a mini photoshop.
