Remember that time when it seemed like a lot of people who are good at interior design are also good at fashion? Mmmmyeah – turns out such is the case with Miss Michaela Noelle. This beauty authors a killer interior design blog named after herself: Michaela Noelle Designs. So all you readers who share my secret (except it’s not actually a secret at all) passionate love affair with interior design, Listen: you are GOING TO want to go check out this lady’s blog. Style Crush!

How would you describe your style?
My style is definitely girly, but simple. I love a good ruffle, bow, cute floral print, and feminine shaped clothing with fun details.  When I look in my closet, I see a lot of pinks, purples, whites (LOVE white!), grays and a touch of blue. I like clothing that’s easy to wear, comfortable, but still totally chic.  I’m a California girl who loves sundresses- what’s easier than throwing on a little sundress and cardi?! I swear by a great pair of dark wash jeans- one of the things I don’t mind investing in, because a good pair of jeans should last for a few years.   Accessories are another one of my favorite things as of lately…arm parties made up of my favorite bracelets is my new thing. 

Who are your fashion icons?
Let’s see…I adore Olivia Palermo, Anne Hathaway. Carrie Underwood always steals the show on the red carpet (and while I’m at it, can I have her wardrobe and her legs?! Thanks.)

Where do you go for fashion inspiration?
Blogs! Since blogging I rarely buy tabloid magazines anymore. I love Kendi Everyday & The Daybook. And of course, GBO Fashion. Shannon’s wardrobe makes me jealous. 

Where are your top 3-5 places to shop?
Nordstrom, J. Crew, Franchesca’s, Madewell, & when I lived in Seattle, I bought almost everything from my favorite boutique-Meadow Boutique.

What’s your Go-To uniform when you need to get ready in a flash but don’t wanna look like poop?
My go-to look would be a simple, casual dress with my jean jacket or cardigan.  And lots of bracelets. A messy french braid bun or fishtail braid is my go-to look if I’m in a hurry!

Don’t be deceived Boys (do boys look at my blog on any other day but Monday? do they even look at it on Monday? are there any boys reading this right now? whatevs.) – that ain’t no ring on her finger! Well, ok it IS actually – mostly I just meant that it’s not the finger you probs THOUGHT it was.  This girl is SINGLE! SINGLE PEOPLE!  And Gorgeous (duh). And Pure! And smart. And funny and adorable and blah blah blah… What I’m trying to say is, you should email me if you find this information interesting. Dear J.Crew: I think you should give me free clothes.  I may not be the most stylish gal on the block, but I’m really really cool.  At least that’s what my husband keeps telling me.  Also I think my zitty pepperoni pizza face is turning more into a plain cheese with each passing day of using Acne Free, so overall things are on the up and up.  You should want me. The end.

Dear Pinterest: You should pin my outfits more. And repin my outfits more. And like my outfits more. Cuz turns out my self-esteem is directly attached to these stats. And you don’t wanna be responsible for me hating myself, do you? I didn’t think so.

Dear Ranch Dressing: Sometimes I wish that things tasted better without you on it. But nope. Turns out nothing does. Except for cookies. Cookies taste better without you. That’s it. And that’s tarded.

Dear So You Think You Can Dance: I’m not a big crier, so I want you to know that you are just about the only reason that I EVER purchase waterproof mascara. I just can’t really handle it when you kick these kids off and shatter their poor little hearts and dreams!  That and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.  That movie makes me ball my eyes out. They’re SO MEAN to Quasimodo! Ok this letter is dumb.

Dear School Loans: I want you to know that YOU are the reason that I will probs not be purchasing anything today at the Kate Spade store opening on Santana Row where everything will be 20% off. Mostly what I’m saying is that you’re ruining my life. Also the college-degree that you got me has related to all of ZERO of my jobs post-graduation. So thanks.

Dear Michaela Noelle Designs: I may or may not have peed my pants multiple times from thinking about how we’re going to the Kate Spade store opening togeths tomorrow. But don’t worry – I’ll shower before then. Wouldn’t want to show up smelling like old urine.  K, too far Shannon. Ya always take it a little too far.

Dear Ashley Slater: Mostly I want you to know that for what it’s worth, I do NOT approve of you moving out of the great state of Cali-i-forn-i-a. My reasons for this might be completely selfish. And by ‘might be‘ I might mean ‘definitely‘. But that is beside the point. The end.

Dear Wardrobe: You fail me kind of a lot. Why am I still friends with you again? You’re tarded.
