Cool: Being in Vegas this week for a work trip
Not Cool: being a Sweaty Betty because I failed to remember that Vegas is still hot as death when I was packing
Cool: having my two BFF’s come visit for our annual girl’s weekend!
Not Cool: the fact that they’ll be relying on ME to lead them thru SF since neither of them have been here before and I live here now. Only trouble is, I’ve lived here for like 5 minutes & still have no clue about anything. Translation: the blind leading the blind.

Cute pink blazer! I was just in SF for the first time a couple of weeks ago and went to some really great spots! Mission Beach Cafe for brunch (crab and shrimp eggs benedict on homemade english muffin- what!), Zeitgeist just down the street for bloody marys and a million different beers (super friendly bartendress), bi-rite for ice cream (DUH!), Otoro for sushi (call ahead – the owner is THE nicest). The Mission was such a neat neighborhood, and I wish I would have spent more time there!
