p.s. Earlier this week, pretty sure I signed up for a one-month unlimited pass to a Cross-Fit gym guys. I’ve been to one workout so far, and of course – we RAN (cardio and I do NOT get along).  But I’m kinda pumped to keep going. I’m using it as my cardio – will still be lifting about 4 days a week but inserting cross fit about 3 days a week to get some strength-infused cardio in, because let’s be serious – I hardly EVER do cardio right now, and I need to. Wish me luck! I’ll let you know how it goes.

p.s.s. I’ll be watching THIS all weekend. And if you think that sounds boring, think again peeps! This is legitimately how I recharge every 6 months (which is how often it takes place).  I walk away from this feeling TOTALLY MOTIVATED to be a better, kinder, more selfless human being. It’s nothing short of beautiful (and saying that was nothing short of the cheesiest thing ever, but TRUE).  Join in if you’d like!

p.s.s.s. I just think you all should know that my bedroom has been spic-and-span for an entire week now. We’re talking clothes hung up each night, shoes put away, jewelry rearranged – the real deal. We’re talking this might be a personal record for me. Are you impressed guys? Are you applauding? Are you feeling embarrassed for me that I’ve deemed this news noteworthy enough to tell you on my blog? Sad a little, isn’t it? But hey – if you don’t celebrate the small wins, what’s motivating you to migrate on to bigger ones? Right? RIGHT GUYS? Ok….
