Skip n’ Whistle

Happy Tuesday! Apologies for being guilty again of MIA status last week. Things have just been straight crazy ’round here. I spent last weekend in Portland visiting my little brother and his new fiance (he popped the question!) along with my mom and dad and my three crazy sisters. It’s always hard to get back to real life after a perfect get-away weekend with family, isn’t it? Bitter-sweet I tell you. Bitter. Sweet.

Can we talk about this sweater and how there’s a dog on it and the dog has glasses on and we’re not even mad about any of that? Can we also talk about how comfortable it is? Like the type of sweater that you live in because you just don’t want to take it off your body? Mmmmmyep. That about describes it. Skip n’ Whistle has done a good thing here. That’s all there is to it.

If you’re at New York Fashion Week this week (or were there last week), please know that I am seething with jealousy and then say hello to the big apple for me. I had plans to go this year and due to some scheduling conflicts, I ended up having to nix those plans. Next year, so help me, I will be there. New York Fashion Week Spring (or Fall!), here I come!
